How do I check out with pick up at a school?
To have pick up at a school be sure to select your school from the drop down list on the product you are purchasing, if purchasing multiple items you'll do this each time. It will ask for your address for billing and then ask your shipping option. Choose "Ship to Address" and then on the NEXT PAGE you'll select your school again. Apologies for this inconvenience of selections, it was not our choice and hopefully this helps you navigate the shipping.
How do I find the products page?
There are two ways to access the products page. The first is from the navigation bar at the top of each page, select "PRODUCTS" and you'll be directed to the page you're looking for. You may ask select "Shop Now" from the Home page.
What if the item I wish to purchase is out of stock?
Click the button "email me when this item is back in stock" and you will be notified as soon as we have that product back in stock again!
Why do you need to know my child's name, teacher, & grade?
In order to be sure your order is properly delivered we need this information. It will not be shared with anyone outside of the fundraiser and school/team they attend.
How do I check out and ship?
To ship to your home, ignore the estimated shipping list on the first page, the second page of checkout you'll put your billing address but then BE SURE to select "Use a different delivery address" and fill in the correct delivery address if they are NOT the same. If your billing and shipping address are the same then you may select "Ship to address".
What if I want to support a school and ship to my home address?
This is an option! Be sure to select your school from the drop down list on the product you are purchasing, if purchasing multiple items you'll do this each time. To ship to your home, ignore the estimated shipping list on the first page, the second page of checkout you'll put your billing address but then if NOT the same BE SURE to select "Use a different delivery address" and fill in the correct delivery address if they are NOT the same. If your billing and shipping address are the same then you may select "Ship to address".
I'm local, can I pick up at Craftspace?
Yes you may! Ignore the estimated shipping list on the first page, on the second page of checkout select "Free pick-up in Chantilly" and note the address to pick up from. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU when your order is ready to pick up and on what days you can pick up.
